METHODOLOGY

The RPM Athlete methodology is a constantly evolving system developed by athletes for athletes. Our coaches maintain continuing education credits through a diverse array of courses offered across the country, as well as educational events hosted at our own facility. We believe in knowledge-sharing and regularly meet to discuss how we can best integrate advanced training modalities to improve the health of all individuals.
 

TEST - CORRECT - TRAIN - RECOVER - REPEAT

Our evaluation includes a Functional Movement Screen, Pro2 Max Inspiratory Pressure testing, and Polar Heart Rate Monitoring. RPM coaches apply these and other applicable testing procedures based on your goals, providing valuable bio-mechanical feedback that allow our coaches to design the most effective program to achieve success.

As you train, we analyze feedback to make intra- and inter-workout adjustments, maximizing efficiency, pushing you to work harder when possible, and most importantly, keeping you safe. 

Following, and in between your training sessions, learn advanced recovery techniques from our coaches, who have years of experience working with athletes at the NCAA Division I,III and professional levels. 

Re-evaluate once you have a good chunk of training under your belt. This regular monitoring of results will give you immense confidence, and allows us to stay on track toward achieving your goals.
 

ATHLETE:COACH

Many of our athletes meet 1-on-1, or in a small group session with their coach. We offer a number of integrative classes through our KnowledgeFit series as well. Regardless of the program, your short and long term success begins with learning and executing proper movement mechanics. Our coaches are have the experience to help you quickly progress or regress a movement, based on your ability to perform the base movement within the interval. Smaller class size, technology, and attention to these important details are what separate RPM Athlete programs from your average gym, box, or training studio.
