TRAINING BLOCKS are RPM Athlete Performance's way to ensure personalized training across all our athletes’ needs as a whole. These 60-minute sessions span all five pillars-of-performance, and are typically preceded or followed by a Performance Class.
Available on a rotating schedule, Training Blocks are structured to begin with the mind, working your way through a specific workout to engage the body, techniques or sport-specific drills to enhance your skill level, with fuel-station access and active recovery work to round out the experience.
Training Blocks are booked through the RPM Athlete Performance App and limited to 8 athletes per block. They are included in all RPM memberships and available virtually through RPM Online.
