With insight from the WHOOP band, a cutting edge sleep tracking technology, Thaddeus creates individualized sleep recovery plans for our athletes. The data provided by the WHOOP band helps Thaddeus identify specific problems with an athlete's sleep cycle and allows him to provide them with actionable solutions.
