NUTRITION FOUNDATION - ADEQUACY, BALANCE, CONSISTENCY

This 30-minute workshop reviews how to build a solid nutrition foundation to support performance, health and recovery. This class focuses on adequacy (meeting energy needs), balance (getting a variety of food groups) and consistency (eating meals and snacks every 3-4 hours). Athletes will complete a virtual activity to plan out their own day.
