WHO WE ARE

RPM Athlete Performance is a team of skilled coaches and experts in the field of sport performance. This includes physical performance, mental performance, nutritional, sport-specific skill coaches, and more. As a team, we are dedicated to holistic athlete development, which means we look at how all aspects of performance can help everyone we work with to reach their full potential.

WHAT WE DO

RPM is an integrated performance system focused around 5 pillars of performance:

  • Mind

  • Body

  • Skill

  • Recovery

  • Nutrition

We help athletes, teams, and organizations to assess themselves within each aspect of performance, create development goals, and then identify strategies for improving based on the unique needs of each environment.

WHAT WE OFFER

The demands and needs of each athlete, team, and organization we work with differs. We do our best to customize our offerings to fit within each context. With that said, here are some general options:

Assessment/Consultation/Program Design

Athlete, team, and/or department profiles that include self-assessment of five pillars and performance goals. Design of training programs with macrocycles specific to sport, Periodized for In Season, Off Season, Post Season, Pre Season conditioning

Integrated Performance Training (IPT)

IPT includes mind, body, recovery, and nutrition to supplement sport-specific training in practice

Koru Mindfulness

Koru is a course specifically designed for student-athletes to provide an introduction to mindfulness skills which can aid in mental performance, health, and wellbeing.
