Small Group Training is...

- FUN! Workout alongside friends in a dynamic atmosphere.

- The Best of Both Worlds. Get as competitive as you want during the high intensity phase of your SGT class AND get the maximum benefit of individualized prep and mobility during the activation phase. 

At the end of it all, stretch down together to trigger the recovery phase, and enjoy a refreshing beverage with friends in our lounge.

Have a group of friends, or family, or teammates that you want to work out with? Our Small Group Training (SGT) classes are designed to give you the camaraderie of the class setting in a large gym or studio but the attention and coaching of a one-on-one session. Whether you are someone just getting back into fitness, looking to change up your weekly routine, or looking for a new challenge, we will custom design a program specifically for you and your friends, co-workers, or teammates.
